Every season the same challenge: how do you distribute 100+ youth players across the right teams? At Msiks Blaasveld, we used to do it with a 'simple' Excel sheet. Now it happens with a digital planning board I built as part of the Msiks ecosystem.
The tool automatically loads all youth players from the Msiks Admin database and sorts them by age category (U9, U11, U13, U15, U17, U19). Each category gets its own color code. Players are displayed as cards with photo, name, birth year and age badge. Coaches can drag players between groups to create the lineup.
