Msiks Admin
Internal web application for member administration of volleyball club Msiks Blaasveld, with member management, attendance registration, coach performance and evaluations.
Running a volleyball club with 200+ members requires more than a spreadsheet. Msiks Admin is the internal tool I built to digitize the full member administration of Msiks Blaasveld. The application runs on SvelteKit with Firebase as backend for database, Google Workspace authentication and hosting.
The tool now consists of seven modules. The member list shows all members with all possible details and search, filter and export functionality. The fee module tracks payments per member and per season. The team overview shows players per team with their individual attendance percentages for both training and matches.
The heart of the tool is the attendance registration. Coaches register attendance via a mobile interface. That data feeds dashboards with charts showing attendance percentages per team, split between training and matches. The registration also automatically feeds into the calculation of coach performance.
